Dysregulation of immune cell and cytokine signalling correlates with clinical outcomes in myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS).

These findings support the central roles of dysregulation in innate immunity and inflammatory signalling in the pathogenesis of MDS which correlated with clinical outcomes post-treatment.
