TKA and rehabilitation with a 6-year follow-up period was accomplished using a multimodal nonopioid approach, consisting of a combination of gabapentin, acetaminophen, ketorolac, meloxicam, methocarbamol, a tunneled femoral nerve catheter, and periarticular injection.
