Both MUNE and CMAP-amplitudes showed motor involvement in upper extremity muscles in lower-limb predominant NSVN. Overall, there was no evidence of significant reinnervation. Investigations of the abductor pollicis brevis muscle did not correlate with the overall functional disability of the patients.
