, and in some cases, hypersensitivity reactions. Here, we provide evidence that soluble antigen arrays and alkyne-functionalization of peptides could be used as strategies to improve the safety and efficacy of peptide-based immunotherapy for autoimmune diseases by influencing the nature and dynamics of immune responses induced by the peptides.
