Long-term outcomes have improved for patients with pulmonary atresia-ventricular septal defect without MAPCAs, with complete repair and adequate pulmonary arteries favorable for survival. Long-term outcomes include reinterventions, both catheter-based and surgical, predominantly on the right ventricular outflow tract.
