Meningiomas and schwannomas grow slowly in most patients with NF-2, but these multiple craniospinal tumors can show sudden rapid growth and manifest as neurological symptoms in a pediatric patient. These tumors could be controlled with local symptomatic and systemic bevacizumab treatments.
