The Abrams geriatric self-neglect scale: introduction, validation and psychometric properties.

The AGSS correctly classified and quantified self-neglect against two "gold standards." Sufficient correlations among multiple sources of information allow investigators and clinicians to choose flexibly from Subject, Observer, or Overall Impression.
