These preliminary findings suggest that dizziness and imbalance are prevalent in adults with chronic moderate-severe TBI. Persistent vertiginous symptoms may point to an underlying vestibular impairment. However, further research is needed to characterize vestibular function in chronic moderate-severe TBI.
