Successful percutaneous flexible ureteroscopy for treatment of distal ureteral stones under modified Valdivia position after Cohen reimplantation.

The herein-described approach that was implemented after Cohen reimplantation was successful. We believe that recent endourologic developments contributed to the good outcome in this case.
