Optimization of SBT and AS-OCT parameters allowed for the diagnosis of FFK at a clinically usable level. Forme fruste keratoconus (FFK) diagnosis integrating biomechanical properties with AS-OCT showed no superiority compared to diagnosis based on a single device.
