DM, malignancy, CVDs, ICU admission, invasive mechanical ventilation, and exposure to ceftriaxone, fluoroquinolones, and carbapenems were independent risk factors for CRKP infection in older adult patients. The identification of risk factors for CRKP infection can help to prevent and treat CRKP infection.
