The presence of multiple corticosteroid abnormalities should be considered in cats with aldosterone secreting adrenal tumors, especially those with concurrent diabetes mellitus. Both surgical and medical management can result in long-term survival, although diabetic remission was documented only in cats undergoing adrenalectomy.
