[Impairment of executive functions in patients with alcohol use disorders].

Comorbid exogenous organic brain damage in patients with alcohol use disorders leads to a significant deterioration of executive functions, including psychomotor reaction and cognitive flexibility, compared with patients suffering only from alcohol use disorders.
