Frailty and diabetes status in older patients with cancer: impact on mortality in the ANCRAGE cohort.

In older cancer patients from the prospective ANCRAGE cohort, all-cause mortality was significantly higher in frail patients and those with complicated T2D, a finding questioning the quality of care management in such vulnerable patients, and stimulating further research in this multidisciplinary field.
