Equine pastern vasculitis in a horse associated with a multidrug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolate.

To the best of the authors' knowledge, this is the first report of a pastern vasculitis associated with MRPA and successfully treated with a six week course of enrofloxacin.
