ILM peeling including the area of the retinal fold, followed by new detachment creation and finally perfluorocarbon liquid injection, effectively flattened the severe RF. To our knowledge, this is the most severe case of RF to be documented by OCT and illustrates that broad ILM peeling, including the RF, is effective for treating RF.
