Ultra-wide field indocyanine green angiography in central serous chorioretinopathy.

Studying the ICGA findings in CSC patients emphasized the role of choroidal circulation in pathogenesis as Pachy vessels were observed in all eyes affected with CSC and even fellow eyes of patients. Vortex vein anastomosis around the disc or posterior pole and asymmetric drainage from the macula were noted and could be contributing to CSC pathology.
