Dynamic Scapular Winging Caused by Long Thoracic Nerve Compression due to Scapular Osteochondroma: A Case Report.

By reporting this case, we aimed to increase awareness of the importance of a correct etiological diagnosis of dynamic scapular winging, so that targeted treatment can be addressed. Arthroscopic resection seems ideal for this indication because it reduces the risk of complications and patient recovery time.
