Two business travellers were diagnosed with Vibrio cholerae O1 El Tor after a five-day trip to Cameroon. Cholera in travellers is rarely diagnosed. Little awareness of the disease in non-endemic countries may hamper the diagnosis. Even after a short stay in endemic countries, clinicians should be aware of cholera.
