Clinical features of definite vestibular migraine through the lens of central sensitization: a cross-sectional study.

VM and MwVS may be on the same spectrum of disorders. The VM group had significantly associated widespread multimodal cutaneous allodynia compared with the EM group, indicating that thalamic sensitization plays a key role in VM pathogenesis. Widespread allodynia may be a useful diagnostic aid for VM.
