QAF with short interelectrode spacing resulted in non-inferior clinical outcomes and CRT responders' rate in comparison to BAF and QPL, while reducing complication rate during follow-up and increasing the possibilities of electronic repositioning to manage PNS or to optimize resynchronization therapy.
