Irregular vascular network identified with OCT-A in angioid streaks: A probable predictor of active choroidal neovascularization (case series).

OCT-A shown to be helpful in detecting the presence of IVN in asymptomatic eyes with AS during a routine examination. In our series, the IVN seems to be predictor of active CNV, needing a close surveillance and frequent follow-up to allow early treatment upon CNV activation.
