More than 40% of cases experienced fetal asphyxia, and 20% ended in IUFD in maternal deaths related to cerebrovascular acute disorders. Maternal respiratory support and rapid delivery would be the keys to improve perinatal outcomes in case of cerebrovascular acute disorders during pregnancy.
