Crossed pulmonary arteries are a rare anomaly and their presence suggests the coexistence of a variety of cardiovascular anomalies, including aortic arch anomalies and outflow tract malformations. Comprehensive CT angiography-based evaluation of cardiovascular morphology is imperative in the presence of crossed pulmonary arteries to facilitate presurgical planning.
