GATA-3 immunocytochemistry exhibited high diagnostic efficacy in distinguishing malignant breast cancer cells. Moreover, combined FNAC and GATA-3 immunocytochemistry achieved optimal results in terms of reducing the false-negative rate and promoting accuracy.
