There are differences in brain structural networks in different CSVD burdens. The structural networks were constructed by probabilistic diffusion tractography, and the topological properties were characterized using graph theory. The network efficiencies were significantly decreased in the CSVD-s group. The decreased network efficiencies were correlated with cognitive function.
