Despite the limitations of this report, and a lack of similar reports the papilla reconstruction in the esthetic zone, partial reconstruction of the interdental papilla can be possible taking into consideration the characteristics of the defect, use of microsurgical principles, and utilization of a suitable tuberosity connective tissue grafting.
