Comparison of the Kisspeptin levels in early onset preeclampsia and late-onset preeclampsia.

Plasma Kisspeptin levels were significantly higher in women with late-onset preeclampsia, while no significant difference was observed in early-onset preeclampsia when compared with healthy gestational age-matched controls. The role of Kisspeptin proteins is still not clearly defined in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.
