Epidemiology and impact of chronic disease multimorbidity in India: a systematic review and meta-analysis.

We identified a wide variance in the magnitude of multimorbidity across age groups and regions with most of the studies from eastern India. Nation-wide studies, studies on vulnerable populations and interventions are warranted.
