Steady-state population pharmacokinetics of terizidone and its metabolite cycloserine in patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis.

The developed PPK model described well the concentration-time profile for terizidone and cycloserine in DR-TB patients. High albumin concentration was associated with low Vp/F.
