Homocysteine serum levels in patients with ruptured and unruptured intracranial aneurysms: a case-control study.

There were no differences regarding homocysteinemia between patients with ruptured and unruptured intracranial aneurysms. In patients with ruptured aneurysms, homocysteinemia was not associated with vasospasm or functional outcomes.
