The study has confirmed the detrimental impact of the lockdown on sleep among pharmacy students. All attributes of sleep duration and sleep quality have achieved statistical significance signifying the need to develop cognitive behavioral interventions and prevent the worsening of mental health amidst the COVID-19 era.
