Although cesarean hysterectomy is the standard treatment method in cases of placental invasion anomaly, conservative (uterus-sparing) surgery seems to be applicable in fertile patients despite surgical difficulties. Acar-style conservative surgery is important in terms of both fertility preservation in PAS cases.
