Cardiac rhabdomyomas often undergo spontaneous regression in early childhood. However, in cases with obstructive lesions or arrhythmias, they may present life-threatening consequences. Timely diagnosis, appropriate clinical management, and monitoring are crucial in optimizing outcomes for neonates with cardiac rhabdomyoma.
