In vitro activity of delafloxacin against clinical levofloxacin-resistant Helicobacter pylori isolates.

Delafloxacin seems to be a therapeutic alternative for levofloxacin-resistant strains with greater in vitro activity. However, further clinical/biological investigations are required to determine its efficacy in H. pylori eradication.
