Rapid Analysis of Taurine in Infant Formula and Adult Nutritionals by Hydrophilic Interaction Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry.
Brendon D GillJackie E WoodPublished in: Journal of AOAC International (2022)
A method for the analysis of taurine in infant formula and adult nutritionals by hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry is described. The method is suitable for use in high-throughput laboratories for routine product compliance testing of taurine.A single-laboratory validation study demonstrated the method to be accurate, precise, and fit for purpose.
