Despite overall good correlation in post-myopic laser refractive surgery eyes in keratometry and astigmatism measurements, there is a significant difference in TrueK, with the IOLM measuring steeper values by about 1.0 diopter compared to the G4, similar to prior studies on non-refractive surgery eyes.
