In our study, elevated systolic IABPD was associated with a higher prevalence of severe CAD. Patients with abnormal IABPD might be subjected to more specialist investigation as IABPD consistently predicts coronary artery disease, peripheral arterial disease or other vasculopathy throughout the literature.
