Possible clinical efficacy and tolerability of platelet-rich plasma in the treatment of patients with recalcitrant plane warts: The first clinical study.

Intralesional injection of PRP could be potentially effective and well-tolerated immunotherapy for the treatment of multiple recalcitrant plane warts. Whatever, more studies are needed with a larger sample size and a longer period of follow-up. Also, randomized and controlled studies are required to evaluate its efficacy in treating different clinical types of warts.
