Comparison of topographic outcomes between HPMC based and vitamin E TPGS based riboflavin solutions after corneal cross-linking.

At the end of 12 months, both riboflavins were effective in stopping the progression of keratoconus and were safe for endothelium. Although both riboflavins provide a decrease in keratometry values, it can be said that VE-TPGS is superior to HPMC in correcting the ectasia on the posterior corneal surface.
