[Perforated metastatic primary fibromyxoid sarcoma of the transverse colon].

This case is unique in terms of the location and presentation. It's a reminder of differential diagnosis of acute abdominal pain. To our knowledge is the first case of a LGFMS of the colon with synchronous liver metastasis.
