Anterior and posterior corneal higher-order aberrations in early diagnosis and grading of keratoconus.

Coma-like aberrations had a good discriminant ability between normal eyes and eyes with mild KCN. Spherical aberrations showed a good ability for differentiating between different stages of KCN. The cut-off values reported in this study can be used for early detection of KCN as well as classification of KCN severity.
