Effects of oral immunomodulation therapy on urinary tract infections in individuals with chronic spinal cord injury-A retrospective cohort study.

Oral immunomodulation therapy with E. coli fractions resulted in a significant and clinically relevant decrease in the frequency of UTIs in patients with SCI and thus, seems to be a promising option for the prevention of UTIs.
