Literature does not describe cases of patients having DiGeorge syndrome associated to Familial Mediterranean Fever undergoing orthodontic and orthopedic treatment. In this patient an early started treatment with a timely management of orthopedic and orthodontic forces allowed to reach positive and stable results.
