Establishment of reference intervals for free light chains and immunoglobulins in Saudi population.

Locally derived RIs for free light chains and immunoglobulins analytes specific for Saudis were established after careful consideration of various factors. These RIs were more reliable than those provided as guidance by the manufacturer, or from other countries, for appropriate classification and prediction of disease progression for Saudi patients.
