• Multimodal radiomics is proposed to support the radiochemotherapy of glioma. • Some macro and micro image markers related to tumor chemotherapy sensitivity are revealed. • The proposed model surpasses reported molecular markers, with a promising area under the curve (AUC) of 0.95.
