Enfortumab vedotin elicited a remarkable response in treating rectal stenosis due to metastasis of renal pelvic urothelial carcinoma in Douglas' pouch. Furthermore, serum KL-6 levels were correlated with the severity of metastatic urothelial carcinoma.
