Oncocytic Cysts of the Nasopharynx: A Case Report.

Chronic eustachian tube dysfunction is a possible rare presentation and sequelae of large oncocytic cysts of the nasopharynx. Oncocytic cysts should be considered on the differential diagnosis for nasopharyngeal masses causing such dysfunction.
