Comparison of denture base adaptation between additive and conventional fabrication techniques.

Maxillary denture bases fabricated using digital light processing and injection molding techniques showed higher surface adaptation than the bases fabricated using liquid crystal display and compression molding techniques. Among the conventional techniques, higher compatible dentures can be produced with injection molding; among the additive techniques, higher compatible dentures can be produced with digital light processing.
