Our 10-y experience supports that a protocol-based risk stratification with different management and monitoring schemes for late-pregnancy SGA suspected babies allows identification and tailored assessment of high-risk FGR while allowing expectant management with safe perinatal outcomes in low-risk SGA fetuses.
